System Configurations: School workspace details including school name, contact phone, official address, and calendar status configurations.

To verify authorized parents and school personnel during login.
To send real-time check-in and holiday notifications from teachers to parents.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

We believe in giving you full control over your personal data:

Access and Edit: School administrators can update school metadata profiles directly in the settings tab.
Account Deletion: Any user can request complete account deletion from the profile options card in the mobile application. Once confirmed, all associated student rosters, enrollment logs, and credentials are permanently purged from our database systems.
